From past group sessions...

I joined a group session held by one of Eleanor's lovely Breathwork Practitioner Training students, Ozden, and I was absolutely blown away by the level of care and professionalism she held in the sacred space. The group setting was such a comforting way to set intentions and shift through big emotions, even though we were on our own individual journeys, you could feel the collective energy of the container. I am also looking to complete the Breathwork Practitioner Training myself one day as well, so it is always reassuring to know that I can use the group and retreat Breathwork sessions I complete as credit towards my training in the future! Just seems like a win - win all around.
